I'm Jon Lambert, Owner/Manager of Florida First Home Inspections (License # HI17608). My 32+ years in the construction industry—spanning supervision and project management for new builds, remodels, and custom homes—are the foundation of our expert inspection services.
I've built and managed homes from the ground up, gaining extensive knowledge in foundations, electrical, plumbing, framing, and carpentry. This hands-on experience, including supervising finish carpenters, ensures a meticulous inspection, evaluating both cosmetic details and critical mechanical performance against state standards.
